Only complete 2014 membership forms will be accepted. A form needs to be filled out for each family member that has a PAL when renewing a family membership. If your form cannot be read or is incomplete, it will delay your renewal.
The old forms are not up to date and do not contain all the information that the club requires on file. They also do not have all the information on them that we must have on file in order to satisfy the CFO to the extent that will allow us to implement the new easier sign – system. Simply put, fill out the renewal/ application forms completely once a year which allows us to use the new sign- in system , or Fill out the information every time you go to the range like we are doing now with the old system. All information is kept on a secure data base and we do not and will not share your information with anyone with the exception of the CFO’s office, and only when required by law.
